VEG BIRYANI

biryani let us see the ingredient we
require for them we need basmati rice you know we give a good variety of

three tablespoons of ginger and garlic paste and around three tablespoons of
Asahi Jaya it's a black human and their own three to four tablespoons of Fido
onions and around to take two medium sized onions just slice them and I've used
here Shan biryani masala powder you can use any biryani masala pot you can buy
nearly Indian grocery otherwise you can also prepare biryani masala powder some
coriander on meat chop them and I have used here some so we are chunks and just
soak them in hot water and squeeze the water out of it you know I've taken here
almost 2 cups have have here fried cottage cheese also have some fried cashew
nuts you don't have to fry them but I think it looks nice and tastes good if
you can fry them so I just slightly find them into brown color and oil are on
five to six tablespoons and right now the biryani masala you see I'm using here
around four bay leaves and two cinnamon sticks and their own to mace and just a
piece of nutmeg and three to four black cardamoms and 34 star anise and some
five to six cloves and then around 8 to 7 of green cardamoms so far so clearly
take it out.
You should have a big
open pain and place on six tablespoons
of oil and first the biryani masala I'm also adding little bit of size error
